Our Story
The Surety team are a diverse group of value driven professionals. Our collective experience comes from decades of regulatory solution delivery. Our passion stems from the desire to achieve collective success with our business partners.

We understand the problem. We know the regulatory compliance arena and have a real world understanding of the associated challenges. We also know that organisations have unique challenges too. This is why our engagement model is based on a very simple ethos: "you talk, while we listen".
Our Vision
Our vision for CaaS is to help build a strong and stable financial services ecosystem.

Further, we aim to reduce the rising cost of compliance for both financial institutions and supervisors. We will enable financial institutions to refocus efforts on business development and growth; and enable supervisors to streamline and enhance their oversight capabilities.
The Team
Randeep Buttar
Randeep is the Founder of Surety. He has over 15 years' experience delivering people, process, data and technology change across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Oil & Energy, Legal, Healthcare and National Government.
​
Randeep is keen on developing client-centric relationships in a manner that aligns to the CaaS core values.
​
His passions include running, travelling, music and his native London football club (Arsenal).
Richard Rosenholtz
Richard heads up Surety sales. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in the financial industry. He’s worked in the Nordics and the UK and Richard has worked in operations as well as the risk and compliance field. His roles have included in-house, as a consultant at on of the Big 4, and at Regtech companies.
Richard is a strong believer in win-win when working with clients, in the field of compliance, development is never a zero-sum game.
Richard is very passionate about mountain biking and running, as well as supporting his two sons playing ice hockey.
Tony Lehal
Tony is the Business Development Lead for Surety across the Middle East and North Africa.

He has over 15 years of experience in business development in the region including the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Increasing market presence and size for enterprises in the fields of creativity, media, technology, and innovation.
Tony's goal is to make the Surety platform the market leader when it comes to utilizing Reg Tech to its greatest potential.
His interests include creativity, technology, religion, and meditation.
